About Me
Welcome. I'm Khrystyna Niewiadomski (professionally known as Tina Rosh or Tina Niewiadomski), a creative director, producer, and content strategist with global experience across fashion, media, sports, and technology.
Over the years, I've worked with brands including Gucci, Lacoste, Fendi, Coach, and the Dallas Wings, leading projects from creative development through production and post-production. I also collaborate with a network of talented creatives around the world, which allows me to build the right team for each project and bring diverse perspectives to the work.
In addition to production, I help influencers, founders, and businesses strengthen their personal brands, refine their messaging, and develop content strategies that create authentic audience connections. Whether it's creative consulting, brand repositioning, content planning, or full-service production, I enjoy helping people tell their stories in a way that feels both strategic and genuine.
I've also been fortunate to learn from my mentor, Maripol, whose creative approach to image-making, fashion, and visual storytelling has had a lasting influence on my work and perspective.
Outside of client work, filmmaking is a personal passion of mine. I write, direct, and produce independent short films as a creative outlet, and I still love experimenting with Super 8 and film photography. While I'm excited about new technologies and innovation—especially in fashion and content creation—I also appreciate the craftsmanship and imperfections of analog storytelling.
